Are the prices shown in UAE dirhams?＋
Yes. Listed prices are in AED and VAT is added at the applicable UAE rate. Configurable and project products show Request Price until specifications are confirmed.
How do I place an order?＋
Add priced products to your cart. Eligible in-stock standard orders with a product subtotal of AED 1,000 or more before VAT can be completed on this site with cash on delivery and free UAE shipping. Your order reference confirms completion. For smaller orders, project items or goods requiring a freight quotation, send your request on WhatsApp to confirm specifications, availability, total cost and delivery before purchase. Opening WhatsApp does not send or confirm an order.
Is delivery free?＋
Standard eligible UAE orders of AED 1,000 or more receive free delivery. Orders below AED 1,000 and oversized or project freight receive a confirmed transport charge.
How quickly will my order arrive?＋
In-stock products are dispatched on the day the order is confirmed, with UAE delivery taking 1 day after dispatch. Products not in stock are delivered within 10 days of confirmation. Cash on delivery is available at checkout for eligible standard orders from AED 1,000; other orders need a WhatsApp quotation.
Can you confirm product compatibility?＋
Yes. Send the crop, system details, dimensions, pressure, flow, voltage or other relevant project information. Our team will check practical compatibility before confirmation.
Do you supply complete greenhouse and irrigation projects?＋
Yes. The project desk can review greenhouse materials, growing systems, irrigation, fertigation, climate control and installation requirements as one coordinated request.
Can standard products be returned?＋
Unused standard stocked products may be requested for return within 7 calendar days, subject to inspection. Special-order, cut-to-size, installed and used items have restrictions described in our returns policy.

We coordinate supply across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
