You may request a return of an unused stocked product in its original condition within 7 calendar days of delivery. Acceptance is subject to inspection of the product, packaging and accessories.

A clear, fair process to protect your order
Please inspect products at delivery and keep the invoice and packaging until you have confirmed that the order is correct.
Damage or supply error
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable products
Custom-cut or made-to-order materials, special orders, installed or used products, and opened goods affected by hygiene or contamination cannot be returned unless a verified defect applies.
Refunds and transport
After an accepted return is inspected, the refund is completed within 7 days through the agreed payment method. The customer covers return transport for a correct, non-defective item; AgriSouq covers a verified defect or supply error.
How to start
Send the order reference, product name, quantity, reason and photos on WhatsApp. Returns are sent by courier or post to the approved return address. Contact us first and do not dispatch any item until you receive return instructions.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
