Clear terms for orders and quotations
Last updated: 1 September 2026By using the site or sending a request, you accept these terms. Eligible cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed on the site; quotation orders require written agreement.
Requests and confirmation
Adding an item to the cart does not place an order. Eligible cash-on-delivery purchases are confirmed when the site displays a saved order reference, final total and estimated delivery date. Other orders are confirmed after product, quantity, payment and transport charges are agreed in writing on WhatsApp or an invoice.
Project products
Films, nets, profiles and equipment manufactured or selected for a project require dimension, capacity and compatibility review and may need drawings, a deposit and a separate supply schedule.
Specifications and use
The customer must confirm suitability for the application. Our team provides practical support, but specialist structural, electrical or chemical design must be approved by the responsible project professional.
Delivery
Free delivery applies to eligible standard UAE orders of AED 1,000 or more. Lower-value orders, oversized materials and project freight receive a confirmed transport charge.
Returns and warranty
Our published returns policy applies. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to its terms and excludes incorrect installation, operation outside specification or improper storage.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the affected product value and excludes crop loss, downtime or indirect loss, without limiting mandatory rights.
