There is no single cooling product that solves every greenhouse. Effective UAE climate control is a coordinated system built around outside design conditions, crop limits, greenhouse geometry, water quality and the available electrical load.

Reduce heat before adding equipment

Begin with orientation, roof and side ventilation, clean cladding and an appropriate shade strategy. External or internal screens must be selected for the crop and season; excessive shade can reduce photosynthesis even when air temperature feels more comfortable.

  • Greenhouse orientation and vent area
  • Crop light and temperature limits
  • Shade percentage and screen position
  • Air leakage and door management

Match evaporation to local conditions

Pad-and-fan systems depend on correct pad area, uniform wetting, fan airflow and a sealed air path. Fogging can assist cooling and humidity management when droplet size, pressure, filtration and control logic are suitable. Performance falls as outside humidity rises, so design targets must use local conditions.

Control and maintain the whole system

Use representative temperature and humidity sensors, staged control and alarm limits. Check belts, shutters, pad distribution, sump hygiene, filters, nozzles and water treatment on a planned schedule. Request design airflow, electrical duty, water consumption and spare-parts scope in every commercial quotation.
