A greenhouse is a connected production system. Structure, cladding, ventilation, irrigation and the root zone must be selected together for the crop, site and operating plan—not purchased as unrelated items.
Start with the site and crop
Confirm the emirate, plot dimensions, crop, planting density, water analysis, power availability and target planting date before issuing a BOQ. These inputs control bay spacing, ventilation, irrigation flow and equipment capacity.
- Site dimensions and orientation
- Crop and planting density
- Water source and analysis
- Required commissioning date
Buy systems, not isolated parts
Profiles and connectors must match the structural layout; film, insect net and screens must match the ventilation strategy; filters, pumps, valves and drippers must match the hydraulic design. Compatibility review before purchase reduces site modifications and delays.
- Structure and fixings
- Cladding, nets and screens
- Irrigation and fertigation
- Climate sensors and controls
Prepare a quotation-ready BOQ
A useful BOQ states dimensions, quantities, material grade, coating, pressure class, mesh size and required accessories. Include delivery location and separate installation, commissioning and spare-parts requirements.

Send the site, crop and dimensions to GIA or the project desk for a coordinated recommendation.
