Send the existing pad height, width and thickness, panel quantity, frame photos and delivery emirate. For a new system, include greenhouse dimensions and the exhaust-fan specifications.

Choose a replacement greenhouse cooling pad

Listed panel size: 200 × 60 × 10 cm (2,000 × 600 × 100 mm). Confirm all three dimensions and the installed orientation against your frame before ordering.
Material and function: Cellulose evaporative media for a fan-and-pad system. The panel needs a suitable exhaust-air path and an even water supply to operate.
Replacement fit: Measure the old panel and the clear frame opening separately. Check the top water distributor, bottom collection channel and retaining details; matching width alone is insufficient.
Airflow and cooling: Pad area, thickness and resistance must match the exhaust fans. Temperature reduction varies with outdoor temperature, humidity and the complete system; panel size alone does not specify cooling capacity.
Quotation scope: Request the panel quantity and confirm the supplied model. List frames, water distribution, pump, tank, fans and installation separately if required.

Checks before use

For replacement: send panel measurements, quantity, photos of the frame and water distributor, and the delivery emirate.
For a new cooling wall: send greenhouse dimensions, crop, location and exhaust-fan data for system selection before deciding the pad quantity.
Follow the supplied manufacturer's wetting and maintenance instructions. Check for dry areas, blocked distribution holes and deposits; confirm compatible cleaning methods before treatment.
